This week we were back out hitting the canal paths of Solihull. Due to the rain the parks were sparse of litter, so we did what we could then hit the canal for a long slow run helping Liam keep up his miles for his upcoming next marathon in Chicago!

This is quite a distance, so we kept the pace down to help his legs. Chris, lead the way, pulling us along. This time it didn't seems as bad, we all knew the way and the distance we were going to be covering.

Next week we will be back at Trinity Close helping the residents out and the week after we have an exciting new task, hope to see you there!!
