8 Goodgym folks from all different boroughs signed in for our weekly Coffee Morning Social (including Kat and Danny in Kilburn, and Jc logging in from Greenwich- welcome!). Simon and Graham got up early to complete #notparkruns in Finsbury Park and Mile End (Graham met up with former GG Islington and Tower Hamlets trainerAlex Eggs). John successfully completed his first run this year, after recovering from illness at the start of the year (well done!), and is already planning on attempting a running challenge connecting all of the London Railway Terminals in one go! Patrick has beenreally busy with work recently, but has still being able to enjoy his runs and exercise. Caroline demonstrated her super creative Zoom backgrounds and features now available for free to the general public!
