This visit to the SHP Allotment was set up last minute as they had a change of plans.
Task owner Lorena was already on site and showed helpers and clients how to prune the pear trees. Linda then went on to help one of the clients with a little companionable weeding, Lorena talked us through what needs doing next week and by then it was tidy up time.
Forgot to take photos so here is a picture of what the pear trees aspire to be by this summer 😁
