The task today was to sort through donated clothes, inspecting them for cleanliness and checking sizes before bagging them into size and season category and storing them on the right shelf.

It’s so helpful when the clothes come pre-sorted into age group and today it was all gorgeous pink, purple, and pastels. Lots of lovely cute clothes for little girls from newborn to 2 years were checked, folded and packaged by Amanda ready for their new owners.

Providing essentials to families in extreme need

The Baby Bank collects donations of good quality clothes, equipment, and furniture to help families in extreme need. They provide essentials ranging from everyday items like nappies, and wipes to larger items like cots. They support families beyond the baby stage, for example with school uniform. They aim to give all children the best possible start in life.
