Tara and I met at Mrs S's house this chill and sunny morning, to change her curtains to something slightly warmer. Tara had already competed 9 miles up the South Downs before the mission which had both myself and Mrs S thoroughly impressed for a Sunday morning! The curtains didn't take us too long to change but was a great help to Mrs S who struggles with her hip. Curtains changed, Mrs S told us about her very accomplished family and her own memories of the Blitz in the Second World War. Bidding Mrs S a farewell and inspired by Tara's morning run I set off to earn my roast dinner too!
