Great work on a short but intense leg session today! We worked on mobilising and activating our lower body muscles with donkey kicks, squat pulses, glute bridges....and alllll the lunges! It wouldn't be fitness without a minutes plank to round off the session. as always, it was so cheering to see all your faces - keep smiling GoodGym.
