What lovely morning it was for Goodgym Haringey's jaunt to Pymmes parkrun, with the addition of Frances who lives right the park but never comes to GGH, Andy the itinerant boatman whose home happened to be close Steve ping up from Stokey, and Caroline from Islington joining Haringey regulars Sarah, Dave, Francis and Senay, who was volunteering
There's an excellent write-up here but special mention also needs to go to James Gilbert for going sub-20 with new PB. Great work!

I also went sub-20 with a new PB, but my result was mixed up with someone else!! Sorted now!!
