Trainer Simon met up with Caroline for her first task this year! She has been super busy with her Masters work over the last few months, but is really happy to be out Goodgymming again- well done!

We gave the Packington Gallery Food Bank (in association with the Arc Centre) a good sweep, clean, surface wipe and mop to maintain hygiene standards in this important community hub. In return, Goodgym Islington can use the space as a bag drop for our Monday group task.
