With an emergency mission to shop for Mr B the same day, I ignored my tired legs and set off in the sunshine. He lives near the river so I got to see the Thames for the first time in ages!

After running around finding multiple buildings that weren't his building, I eventually tracked Mr B down. After chatting through his list, he tentatively asked if I was allowed to buy alcohol and was over the moon that I could! So a four pack of cider was added on.

After a queue-less visit to this local Tescos, I quickly found everything and delivered it back. He was so grateful as he's had a tracheostomy so is incredibly vulnerable.

He's not had many visitors, so we had a good ol' natter in his hall where we put the world to rights and spoke about the future and the past - including how one of the people in his block had raised money for St Thomas's hospital who had looked after Mr B so well - he wanted me to show my friends, so I've attached it.

All in all, a really fulfilling mission that left me with a smile on my face.

That's lovely Samantha, so much more than a mission, I bet Mr B really enjoyed the natter and of course the cider!
