I'll keep it brief - last night's weather was pretty awful for flyering - rain constant, low temperature and a bit of wind to cap it off. Just keeping the paperwork dry was a major challenge.... Some opted for keeping them up their GoodGym t-shirt which was quite effective if not great for running! 😖 🌧

But here's the thing, it matters. Andrea at GROAD asked us to leaflet new roads so that we can raise awareness of the work they do. Collecting donations will benefit rough sleepers and refugee families and those in need. 👔 👗

So we were out there, getting a nice run in on an evening when we may have chosen to stay home under other circumstances and we made a difference - however small. 💪

A huge thank you to all the runners (Maya, Magda, Frances, Sam & Clare) who turned out - this is to appreciate you all.
