Report written by Fay McKnight
On a super sunny September morning, seven goodgymers returned to Stephens House to take part in their gardening day. We welcomed back Beth and Jordan for their second task with us, and also Sally who has become varified to do community missions! Hoorah!
Gardening Gloves on, we got to work, firstly by tidying up the flowerbeds that have been taken over by leaves and weeds.
After making it tidy, we went on to trimming the ivy on the front fence.
After hefting some big bags of leaves across the park, we then went on to sorting out the over growing brambles in the park, making one of the rockeries neat and tidy again.
With so many of us, we got the work done in no time!
We love helping out at Stevens house! So much so, we are returning on Tuesday night for our group run!
Come join us!
