4 Coventry GoodGym runners ran approximately 3km from the Coventry Canal Basin to bridge 2 and back for a litter pick along the canal path.

There were plenty of empty bottles and cans along the path as well as sweet wrappers, the contents of a make up bag and a rusty old bike frame. With the heavens threatening to open and rumbles of thunder, we swiftly made our way back to the Canal Basin and sprinted the last few hundred metres in a downpour- the heatwave of last week seems like a distant memory!
