Ready...set...off to the laundrette!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.
- Monday, 25th of January 2021
My second mission saw me run from Hackney to Southwark via London Bridge, taking in the 😍 views this chilly evening!
Having reached the laundrette, I was informed it was already paid for by John from Camden GoodGym who dropped off the clothes in the afternoon so thank you John!!
The clothes were bagged up ready to take back to Ms A who lived 10mins away. Running with the iconic blue Ikea bag gripped firmly and it took no time at all to get there.
Ms A was so grateful for our help. She kindly asked me if I could throw her bag of rubbish through the chute which of course I happily obliged!
It was really nice to meet you Ms A.
Another 5k back to base!!

I promise i'm not drunk - my phone is playing up! I was trying to say that somebody was coming out of the block and so let me in just like they did with you. I still had to call her outside her flat though because she couldn't hear me knocking. Bless her!
