We took a gentle jog down to Mrs M to help her access her ‘lifeline’ the TV and DVD player. After retuning the channels and showing her how to play DVDs we made sure she had a cuppa to enjoy. Her cat hid while we were there, but we were assured he’d come out once we left. TV working, movie on, mission accomplished !
