The task was to help Mrs I find an Internet provider so that she can look things up on Google and Skype her family who are abroad. Knowing that she would only need very basic broadband to connect her laptop, I explained the cheapest/best packages available and found one at a large, trusted UK company. It turns out her existing landline provider has been charging her extortionate amounts over the last few years... she will now be paying less for her landline AND Internet than she was paying just for landline in the past! It will be up and running in a couple of weeks, I hope she enjoys it.
