Red & Gold: The GoodGym Liverpool Treasure Hunt Challenge
3 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km on a training session in Liverpool.
- Monday, 30th of November 2020
- Led by Char Binns
3 fantastic GoodGymers braved the weather to get out and about in hunt of treasure!
Well done to Eimear, Jo and Pauline for getting off the sofa and out to explore.
To complete the challenge, this tremendous trio got outdoors for (at least) a full hour, walking, running or cycling. While outside, they had to find the following things:
A yellow car A flower Christmas decorations A flag A squirrel The name of a fellow GoodGymer 3 discarded crisp or chocolate wrappers, picking them up and putting them in the bin (wear gloves please) Something tasty A flight of stairs or a hill (you should run up this x 3)
Pauline said: "Thanks for the challenge, Char...it got us out of the house for two hours, and I sort of jogged a bit."
Jo said: " I didn't see a squirrel but did see some parakeets."
Eimear said: " I promise I did see a squirrel and a yellow car but they were both gone before I got a picture! Thanks for the much needed running motivation!"
Fantastic work!
I've got a brilliant challenge for you to complete from Wednesday, and it is best completed with a buddy. Find out more and get involved here.
