It was straight into putting together packs of clothes and toys for referred families today at the Baby Bank. One for a family of 4 brothers ranging in age from 8 to 18, and then for a new born baby girl. Everything was packed with the care the families deserve, and went straight off for delivery. The remainder of the time was spent tidying up, and putting as much away in the boxes as possible, leaving everything neat and tidy for the half term holiday

The Baby Bank collects donations of good quality clothes, equipment, and furniture to help families in extreme need. They provide essentials ranging from everyday items like nappies, and wipes to larger items like cots. They support families beyond the baby stage, for example with school uniform. They aim to give all children the best possible start in life.
