After some initial confusion about how to find Mrs R’s flat, I was greeted by a large box in the hallway that Mrs R had been struggling to get past since it had been delivered. Thankfully most of the chair was already assembly but it still involved some fiddly construction. Mrs R chatted away as I worked and even let me have the first sit in the chair to try out the massage functions. When I left Mrs R couldn’t stop saying how grateful she was and I was glad that she would have a comfortable chair to sit in.
