On the second edition of Rodney and Bryon Doing Good and Getting Fit in East London. It was a crisp Sunday winter's morning, Rodney and I had just run a couple of miles when we found ourselves knee deep in overgrown grass and prickly bushes. Did we take a wrong turn? No, unfortunately for Mrs L, this was the state of her garden and we were exactly where we needed to be.

The grass was only a foot and a half long, but thicker than anything I've seen. It was so thick that we had to give it a trim with the garden shears, before we could use the first of the lawn mowers, yes, multiple lawn mowers required. Luckily, we had help form Mrs L's grandson and also nice offers of cups of tea, which meant that we managed to finish the challenging, but satisfying job in two hours.
