This weeks challenge was a proper run one and completed reluctantly by a few!

As coach, I thought I had better start the legs running and found a 1 mile loop nearby to repeat 3x. Having not done any intensity on runs recently, this one was tough and I finished very gladly on the 3rd loop at 8.14 m/m very red faced despite it being early morning before the sun was too high!

Elizabeth, who loves a challenge, despite not being too keen on this one! But Liz was persistent and gave it a couple of goes - achieving not just an increase each mile but also each Km! Going from 11.58 m/m ending up 9.21 m/m!

Nicola was the most consistent in her increased pace, going from 12.43m/m to 10.39 with a nice 11.46 in the middle. Thats the mathematician in her!

Sian put herself down as a failure but she did the most consistent of the runs in terms of pace - Don't worry Sian as soon as we are running again we will get someone to chase you up the hill - or down again!

Shelley - You bottled it! However you did do 3x PE sessions with Joe Wicks and made pretty patterns on your Strava so Kudos!

Patricia sneaked in a little run and announced it later - achieving a nice small increase on the first 3km of her run - Good work Pat!

Well done for having a go guys!
