Myself and Rebecca met on a cold January morning to help Mr L get home from hospital by removing some trip hazards from his home.

With help from ward sister D we got to work shifting furniture and rolling up the rug which had been causing the issue.

We were done in no time at all and myself and Rebecca parted ways by the river with her running to do her second GoodGyming of the day to visit her coach.

Sister D spoke so positively about all the interactions she’s had with GoodGym since we started getting involved with these hospital discharge assistance missions, to hear what an impact we’re having was fantastic!
