We collected together and discussed the following news:
We warmed up and then led by Chris (our official photographer) we ran to the Terrence Higgins Trust to help them with a serious task.
Puntastic!
The task was simple, puntastic and incredibly worthwhile - we had to pack up 2000 condoms and lube in cardboard envelopes for the sexual health charity. These will be distributed at sexual health outreach programmes and clinics over the summer.

After taking a group photo we headed to Russell Square to do some triangle intervals. Splitting between race pace and rest - this really got everyone's heart rate up nicely!
Triangle Intervals!
Thanks for coming, don't forgot GG monthly drinks at the QE Rooftop Garden at the Southbank Centre on Thursday 7th July and sign up for next weeks group run here we are heading to St Mary's Flats to garden and paint.
Cheers PB out.
