Today saw me timekeeping at Colney Lane parkrun, I chose to volunteer this week after running myself last week as i have a race tomorrow. Where the mood was quite but supportive.

241 finishers crossed the line, along with some enthusiastic canines and a fair few children in buggies (hats off to those parents running the trail pushing them)
