Excellent efforts all round tonight at the curly wurly bridge.

Tonight's session was "Kenyan Hills". The Kenyans run this up mountains at high altitude but we had to go with what we've got so ran 10m above sea level up an incline.

The theory is to run at a consistent effort up and down the hill. Effort times were 3 minutes, 4 minutes, 5 minutes, 4 minutes and 3 minutes with 2 minutes rest in between each one.

Rich was running up and down like he was escaping a detention, Lucy was modelling her new wings t-shirt ๐Ÿ˜‡ which I'm sure helped up the hill. Vicki and Louisa ran most of their laps together with Louisa providing some musical accompaniment on the final lap. Caroline strategically chose a lap that kept her ahead of the game and out of the way of crazy cyclists and scooters!

Well done all โ˜บ
