What help could a solo GoodGymer offer such a well-organised ParkRun as Catford..? Just some pacing assistance this week, helping any and all wishing to target sub-27 minutes.
Things didn't start great, with my GPS freezing a couple of minutes in :o/ but the combination of a gut feel plus some on-the-fly mental arithmetics saw me gratefully coming in at 26:55!
For EVERY other aspect of the run; thanks as ever to a great bunch of selfless volunteers :oD
