Inspired by getting fit whilst doing good, it seemed only proper to run to my first social visit! 5km later I arrived to find Mrs P & her daughter also unsure of what to expect for their first social visit. We soon settled into conversation and 30-40 minutes flew by. I learnt that my french accent needs some work! As I left Mrs P's daughter (who had left us to go and read the paper) showed me the paper, which had a full page spread about York Good Gymers! What a lovely sight.
