Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Michal Czekajlo
14 GoodGym Yorkies ran and walked on a training session in York.
A whole gang of red and black t-shirts invaded the local pasture. We split in two groups to walk and run the perimeter of Hob Moor nature reserve in search of endorphins. Cow pats were common and one had to focus not to step on it.
One lap around the Moor is 2.7k and some of us decided to do a double while others were content with just one. Finally we all gathered for a socially distanced yoga session finished off with some dive bomber push-ups.
It was good to see the bunch smiling and chatting.
Until the next s-moo-cial run.
