Frances and I put our rug unrolling, dewrinkling and tetris-ing skills to the test in this task, as well as making sure Ms J could use her bed at night rather than sleeping on the sofa.

We started with the rugs, which involved moving all of the furniture out of the area so we could lay down the large rugs over the room with no gaps, then we taped down the edges so they weren't in danger of moving. Ms J finds the floor in her home too slippery and hard underfoot, so having rugs laid down across the room put her mind at ease that she can move around safely.

Her relative had already moved the deep normal mattress off the bed & replaced it with a much thinner one so we just made up the bed ready to be used, instead of the sofa where she had had to sleep otherwise.

Ms J thanked us and we wished her a good evening before heading home.
