The temperature has dropped again and it's feeling so chilly!

We decided to meet for just a run tonight, to maintain Tuesday being Goodgym Poole night!

Nicola and Sian earned additional kudos for running to the start point and back so reducing the need for a car!

Maria then brought out an extra pair of legs with her - in the form of her husband Anthony! These ones were extra bouncy it seems!

Lovely undulating run around the Lilliput area where the houses were grand and mighty!

We came out at Evening Hill where you can see the lights of the peninsula and the stars in the sky before heading back to the start point!

Lovely to see such friendly faces on a cold November evening!
