It has been the most beautiful week with gorgeous sunshine and 17 runners made the most of their daily exercise, smashing out some fantastic solo runs!

One of your challenges this week was to count animals during your run. I'm sure this challenge didn't come as a surprise to any of you.. You all know how much I love to incorporate animals into our group run warm-ups!

Florence managed to spot some chickens during her run to Stoke Woods! Chickens are my favorites! Yay! Jo saw some black swans in Topsham! Amazing! Apart from that we had dogs, sheep, cows, cats and swans. Not bad!

Another challenge was to do a funny face selfie and whilst only a few runners took me up on that challenge the result was pretty good! Big shout out to Pete and Lisa for sharing some great shots!

Every single one of you also amazed me with stunning nature photos from your runs!

Devon really is Heavon this time of the year!

I think we are all very grateful having such beautiful landscape to run in. Anna and Sarah sent in some beautiful pictures from the estruary and Lucy R captured the quay looking still like a mirror!

A special shout out to Emma who recently missed out on her chance to run Paris and Bath half marathons in aid of the BEAT charity, but who this week went out and completed the distance on her own!

I can’t wait until we are back running together but until then keep up the amazing work you are doing with sharing your runs and your GG love! You guys are just the best!

Don’t forget to sign up to your next fitness challenges. We have both Easter Abs and another Solo Run!

Keep running, keep your distance, keep smiling!
