The rain was hammering down in true Manchester style but that didn't put me off going and helping the team at Wythenshawe Community run with their set up early doors on Sunday morning.

With the cones out, the gazebo up and the after drinks organised, it was time to start the run....in the rain. I managed to get round with only wet feet and very muddy legs afterwards...and as I finished the clouds cleared! Volunteering and a 5K completed and all before 9.30 am. Happy days!
