This morning I went to say hello to Mrs J, the lady with the golden budgie. She was in good spirits, her son, who lives up North, came to visit this week and stayed for a couple of days. She'd been out and about, and that has helped too. We discussed about her travels and she's been telling me that whenever she embarks on a plane or a ferry or even a train, first thing she does is to locate the exits and work out an escape plan. Then she can relax. That's quite interesting, I never thought of it that way... I suppose I may be doing that next time I'm off on my travels.
