Sand and sea at Fairlop waters
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Redbridge.

Ok so it wasn't the actual sea, but seeing all the kayaks out on the lake had a nice coastal vibe :-) Four of us attended the morning session to help the local Scout group get the activity centre ready for re opening. The first task was to sand down the railings ready for painting, while James headed off for some heavy lifting. We then moved onto sanding windows and doors, with a quick break to push a trailer off a (small) cliff - all tasks are at our own risk :-) It was all handled very safely though. Even had time for a cup of tea and a Creme Egg, top task!
