Ten speedy Goodgymmers Marie Kondoed their way through one of the storage units at the Sandbunker Community Hub in Wood Green tonight.

Shout Out Corner

Big love to four legged Goodgymmer Murphy who joined us in the pub after the task and was a very very good boy. What a love! #GoodgymDogsInThePub should be a thing - let's make it happen.

Messy Play

When Maggie from the Sandlings Resident Association opened the door to the small storage unit at the back of the Sandbunker Community Hub, she might as well have handed us the key to Aladdin's Cave - the room was a treasure trove of community detritus collected over many a year in this corner of North London.

We got on with the job of emptying the contents of the unit into the Hub's hall and before long, the room was covered with different iterations of video games, old photograph slides, funky artwork, and whatnot.

Maggie wagged her finger tentatively at the things we could send the great beyond and our Goodgymmers wasted no time in getting rid of years of clutter.

Having identified the things worth keeping, our team started to reorganise the unit. And what a difference it made. The room was tidy and accessible and Maggie couldn't believe her eyes at the speed our heroes dealt with the storage. Along the way there was some pawn watching, some William Tellesque archery, and some other nsfw banter that is better not being referenced here.

As we finished, we squeezed ourselves into yet another cluttered room (a future task, no doubt) and Maggie squeezed a few last tasks from us as we took a few group snaps.

All in all, a wonderful night.

Join us next week for more shenanigans.
