Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Nick Moore
It was good to have the chance to catch up with Mrs M again this week - it sounded like it had been another busy week at home and we had a good long chat about the mysteries and reasonings of life and other things before I set off once again down the hill.
This time though Mrs M had lent me some new wheels, in the shape of a coupe version of her previous estate sized shopping trolley...I only hoped everything on her list would fit in without needing to drop the roof or lower the back seats. No queue in the now familiar Tesco, all quite orderly, and I was able to find everything on Mrs M's list, although a few new items that she wanted this week took a bit of hunting down as they seemed (at least to me) to be in the wrong aisles...someone somewhere probably has a PhD in shelf arranging.
Back to ring her doorbell and then up to her front door to hand over the smooth running low profile trolley into which I'd nearly fitted everything except the lettuce and red onions, which I did remember to remove from my backpack on the way up. The carers had come to visit Mrs M's husband, so it was a brief farewell - yet again it had been another thought provoking visit but I'm glad I got the chance to test drive another set of wheels this week!
