**This week, 7 goodgymers supported Clothing Coventry with a move about and sort through.

** It was a beautiful summery evening for our group run. Before we set off, Jackie shared some delicious looking home grown chard which John did a wonderful job guarding as people got themselves ready for the session. As lots of members were coming back from injury, illness or a break from running, some walked, some met at the start location and some ran. We also welcomed back Laura!

Once we arrived, we formed a human chain carrying crates of clothes from different locations within the space. It was a great work out and perfect cross training. We soon made light work of this, with everyone pulling together and getting the crates moved and safely stacked. After this Vic, Allan and Debora carried on shifting crates about to create more space, whilst everyone else had a sort out of other items.

As we still had plenty of time left, we then set about sorting shoes at the front of the warehouse. This enables the charity to ensure that people get high quality and appropriate clothing to suit their needs and preferences.

We then took the short run back to the city centre, had a quick call down and shared news of up coming goodgym events; there's lots of super tasks coming up, so do take a look and get signing up.
