The last time James and Frances did a GoodGym mission after running Pymmes parkrun, James was proud owner of a fresh PB and Frances equally chuffed possessor of a fresh cup of tea. This time was no different.

PB, pastry and warm beverage quotas met for the morning, we paid a visit to Mrs I to help with a few tasks around her house that she and her husband were unable to do themselves.

First we washed two window sills out the front of the house. Next we moved out the back for a spot of weeding and a general tidy-up in the garden. Finally Frances gave the area directly outside the back door a good sweep. Job done.
