It was a pleasure to see the friendly Ms C again this morning after my last visit to fix her lightbulbs. She was well prepared with list, money and wasn't too concerned where I went to do her shopping, although my first port of call was her local pharmacy to pick up some vitamins.

After that it was a retrace of steps to her local Sainsbury's which had nearly everything Ms C wanted apart from Suet and Lard - which upon seeing these items strangely gave me flashbacks to school dinners of times long past. I continued my wander along the Whitechapel Road until I got to Asda, where a helpful assistant pointed me in the right direction to find these two key missing ingredients, and the list was complete.
