Luckily today's run involved nothing too challenging, which was probably a good thing considering Mad Matt has just got back from his Matterhorn ultra but in true fashion he still cycled across to Bath before doing Parkrun this morning... Tim and his team were there to welcome us and demonstrate the art of Apple pressing. We gathered the fallen fruits and gave them a good wash before Jaxx and David roughly chopped them before handing them across to Matt for
