Secateur de force
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Saturday, 14th of January 2017
Lucy and Kike braved the weather to tackle this gardening task. Adele and Stanley's garden was in need of some TLC. Despite the forecast promising a cold and sunny day within minute arriving at this gardening task the drizzle started. Starting with the back garden we weeded the patio and cleared the beds of weeds and some dead tomato plants. Following this we moved on to the front gardening which was a bit more challenging. This requires trimming two big bushes one of which was very prickly. Armed only with secateurs we pruned back the dead sections and gave the top a hair cut limited by our stature but not our determination. After some pauses to thaw our frozen fingers we swept up all the cuttings and bid Adella and Stanley farewell and set on our respective runs home to warm up.
