3 GoodGymers made their way to help the YMCA Exeter in Exeter.

Over the weekend 3 GoodGymers put together some fitness challenges and created some nice run routes for the YMCA Exeter, that can be used by their residents in the lockdown period. So great to share our love for fitness with such a great organisation!
YMCA Exeter help tackling homelessness in Exeter and provide supportive housing for over 100 young people every year. Whilst they have a no-volunteer policy during lockdown, they did need our help for something really great:
Some nice run routes and some home-fitness ideas to do with the young people over the lockdown period!
There could not really be a better job for us!
Pete very kindly created some fantastic run routes on Strava and Tom helped film some fitness challenges and with designing a great Fitness-Bingo sheet, all of which I could send over in a nice pack via email.
Tim, at YMCA Exeter, sent this message back to us after receiving the fitness ideas and run routes:
Big Thank you to Good Gym for all these great resources for Lockdown!
We hope you have some fun and enjoy them all! We love sharing our love for fitness!
