Mrs J was still not feeling great today, but had been watching the athletics, so we had plenty to talk about. It's been so exciting, and inspiring to see all the athletes doing so well. She then switched on the TV and we watched one innings in The Hundred match. Mrs J isn't much of a cricket fan but found the game quite exciting - I'll convert her yet!
