Report written by Linda Sharman
All turned up on time raring to go. Well done Jem and Peter for cycling on the hottest day if the year.
Peter got straight down to putting his well thought out plans for fixing the subsiding shed into action. Jem and Linda beat a path through the undergrowth to find the water butt and sorted out some very thirsty fruit trees. Then the usual weeding of paths and plant beds took place before they were also thoroughly watered.
In the meantime Peter had made a great job of straightening up and the shed by means of jacking and shoring it up, and strengthening with extra bolts, all that was left was a few screws in the front facing and he was done...amazing job.
All in all we got a lot of work done in just over an hour. Well done us.
