With the sun shining, 21 GoodGymers headed into the deepest corner of Victoria Park in search of the East Lake.

After a speedy 2.25 km dash there the group were greeted by the Park Ranger and an ominous large yellow container. 42 hands made light work of filling the container with the piles of vegetation hidden around the lake.

It took a while to fill, and with a wave the group sped off again for a sweaty 2.25 km dash back to Coffee Is My Cup of Tea in time to enjoy the rest of the evening's sunshine.
