Nykolette and myself spent the afternoon in Sydenham helping Mrs M change a light bulb in her bathroom.

Mrs M told us that a walk in shower and light had been fitted but the bulb had blown. When we got to work, Nykolette pointed out that the light was secured to the fitting and would not come off in two pieces.

After we both agreed that this was a job for the professionals, we discussed with Mrs M that another call to the coucil was required after a small chat we were on our way saying our goodbyes.

Hoping this situation gets sorted soon as Mrs M has been using her landing light as a bathroom lighting.
