Pulling on the red jersey of delight that is the GoodGym t-shirt, is always going to make for a great Monday! Today's mission to Mrs N was about 5k in total and thoroughly enjoyable. There was a short queue at the supermarket and the shelves weren't as well-stocked as I'd have liked after the weekend, but after a call to Mrs N earlier this morning there were plenty of substitution options on my list and she was happy with the shopping delivered.

I felt a lot of responsibility buying meat and fresh fish for someone else and probably took longer than I should have choosing them, but Mrs N said she hadn't been able to get either of them recently, which made the time taken even more worthwhile. It really is the little things and brought big smiles to both our faces as we chatted about the fact she was going to cook the lamb chops tonight while they're at their very best.

We enjoyed a socially distanced chat and she was glad to see the sunshine return, even if she's only experiencing it from her window at the moment.

I forgot to take a photo so I hope Nick Park won't mind too much that I've borrowed one of 'his' here! Happy Monday everyone.
