We met again by Zoom this week at our usual time of 6.30pm. It was lovely to see each other and we spent some time checking in and seeing how we were all coping with these challenging times.

After we'd done that we spent some time updating on missions and how to keep up the volunteering in local areas most at need.

Obviously, no one got out of the core session! We sit-upped, dead bugged and shoe tapped our way through a core workout and then had a lovely stretch off afterwards. And heard about the newest addition to the GG Trafford team - a black lab puppy! 
