Signal lost and found
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Saturday, 24th of February 2018
Mrs P had a lovely new flat screen TV but she needed a bit of help getting it up and running - which is where Frances and Lee-Ann came in. Our task was to get TV in the living room displaying lovely clear signal while keeping the little TV in the bedroom working as well.
With only one TV aerial cable this was a bit of a challenge. Luckily Lee-Ann put her communications knowledge to good work and identified what we needed, while Frances put her googling skills to use and dispatched Mrs P's son to the local Argos.
Once he returned with a cable and connector we were able to set it up so that both TVs worked with good quality signal - leaving Mrs P's son to tidy up with a bit of drilling. All in all, a good morning's work which will hopefully give Mrs P with lots of TV watching pleasure in the future!
