I completed a Friday afternoon shopping mission for Mr.A who is self- isolating due to a medical condition. It was an enjoyable mission in part because it evoked some nice memories for me - Mr. A has the same name as my nephew who I haven't been able to see since lockdown began and his flat is located right beside my friend Lisa's old flat block , where I've spend a lot of time.

When dropping off his shopping Mr. A explained he had been struggling a bit, in particular with some issues with his flat he was trying to get resolved. We had a chat about some possible avenues for help .
