Rise and shine
What a beautiful turn out it was this evening. With some major players missing this evening we welcomed the remaining Worthing GoodGym heroes with a role of honour as follows
*John * Andy * Lucy * Barbara * Ros * Emily * Tamsin * Gill * Jay * Duncan ( who tagged on a bit later after some serious pace running)
Walk/ runners, Barbara and John set off around 8 minutes before the runners and yet again were first to the rendezvous point . I need to rethink the plan. The jalkers are getting too good !
Shreaded weight
Massive kudos to a number of you have lost so much weight but gained so much tone in preceding months . I urge you to look back at photos and see just how far you have come!
After a gentle warm up followed by 2 x 800 metre 'effort' runs the group convened at Delaney House , aka The Recovery Project. We set our energy to addressing a lot of weeds in the front garden.
P'orridging Around
30 minutes later,a lot of effort ,plus dare I say, a more than average amount of chatting :) Jay did an amazing job with sweeping up before we blue bagged and waved good bye to our hosts and headed down to Beach Green for the much anticipated fitness session.
There's no snowflaking your commitment
I was super proud of the efforts in tonights fitness session . The team divided into 3 snappy crocodile efforts followed by a squat challenge. I must confess I was more than a little worried as there was virtually no back chat during the session which tends to suggest that either they were faking it 'easy' as per Andy's instructions or they were working very hard.
This was followed by 9 of the same , then 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of the same sequence and the team were wasted , sick even :)
Massive kudos to all of you for the 'squat ,don't stop challenge'
Next week its bank holiday Monday and Nicks Birthday so we will be painting , running and celebrating
Have a great week all you beauts !
Julia :)

Fab report and great pictures. Some made me laugh, hopefully with the subject not at them! Sorry I won't be joining you next week. Happy birthday in advance to Nick.
